How much is the processing fee?
The processing fee is $5.11 for up to 5 miles an extra dollar is added for every mile the driver travels after 5 miles.

What is the long distance processing fee?
A fee is added to your total if the delivery goes beyond 30 minutes round trip as is projected by Google Maps gps system. More specifically, for every minute over 30 minutes round trip that a delivery is projected to take a charge of .25 cents will be added on top of the normal processing fee. This fee will be displayed both in your emailed invoice and on your final 2 order screens just before you check out. To avoid this fee please meet the drivers at a closer location, which may also lower your processing fee.

How far do you deliver?
We deliver up to 10 miles from the restaurant of your choice. This way you can have your food delivered from restaurants outside your town or city.

How do I place an order?
Simply go to Click the restaurant you want. Choose the items you would like from the menu. Click the shopping cart in the right hand corner when you have made your selections and begin the check out process.

Is my private information stored?
Only when you create an account and only your basic information is stored name, address, phone number, etc. No credit card information is ever stored in our system.

How secure is the card processing system?
We use Square API to process all payments. Square is a reliable and safe payment processing system similar to Paypal.

How long does it normally take for an order to arrive?
Our goal is to deliver your order within 30 - 60 minutes. Larger orders may take a little longer, but most can be done in that time frame.

Do I need to have an account to order?
No. You can always order as a guest if you do not have an account with us.

Can I pay with cash?
Yes. You can pay the driver cash at the door.

Can I order from two restaurants at once?
No. At this time our system can only accommodate 1 order from 1 restaurant at a time. You can place two separate orders, but you will be charged a processing fee for both.

Will new restaurants be added to the website?
We will be adding new restaurants each month in an effort to provide our customers with a wide range of restaurant options.

What do I do if my order is wrong?
Please call the restaurant and inform them of the issue. We will work diligently to correct any mistakes as soon as possible.

What are your hours of operation?
Sunday - Thursday: 10:45am - 8pm
Friday - Saturday: 10:45am - 9pm
